Init vs Call in Python

PythonAdvanced ConceptsMetaclassesadvanced

What this snippet does

When instantiating a class, the metaclass's __call__ is invoked first, which then calls the class's __init__.

Expected output

Meta __call__
C __init__

Why practise typing this

Typing advanced concepts code builds muscle memory for the symbols and indentation Python uses most, which prose-based typing tests never cover. DevType measures your words per minute and accuracy on this snippet and tracks the individual characters you mistype, so later lessons can target them.
